WENCO PROPERTIES, LLC, is mid-Michigan property Management Company. We own and manage commercial (both office and retail), multiple family, and apartment properties. Buildings are located in Lansing, East Lansing, Watertown, Delta, and Lansing Townships.

In addition to property management services, we also develop real estate. We presently have two Brownfield projects (where we are partnered with the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority) to refurbish two functionally obsolete properties. The Washington Ave project includes providing eight luxury loft apartments and updated office space. They will include include both laundry and garage facilities for each apartment as well as elevator access to the second floor lofts.
The other Brownfield site is the former Schafer Bakery property on South Martin Luther King Blvd. The site is approx. four acres in size, and is located on a major thoroughfare with convenient access to both highway and the downtown area. The site is zoned Industrial. The Brownfield plan we submitted to the city of Lansing, and was approved, included demolishing the bakery building due to it's obsolesence and then building a 12,000 sq ft. retail center on the frontage, and two 18,000 sq. foot office/warehouse buildings along the rear of the site.
